Management

RON G. STALNAKER, President, is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.S. Degree in both Business Management and Marketing. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the company and is actively involved in business and corporate development, investor relations, field operation direction, prospect identification, oil and gas marketing, well drilling, and production analysis and direction. Prior to college graduation, he worked summers for the company in various aspects of field operations. After completing his degree, he joined the company full time and continued to work in field operations, eventually supervising all field activities. In 1994, he moved into a management role and assisted in the day-to-day operations of the company. In 1997, he was named Vice President of Operations. He has served in his current capacity of President since 1999.

GINA J. STALNAKER, Vice President, is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B. A. in Education. Her responsibilities include human resource management, investor relations, and corporate development. Prior to her position at Stalnaker Energy Corporation, she worked for various independent operators within the Appalachian Basin, having over 12 years of oil and gas related experience.

KEVIN L. HARTLEROAD, Vice President of Operations, is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Geology. Since joining Stalnaker Energy in 2000 his responsibilities include prospect generation, overseeing the drilling and completion of oil and natural gas wells and monitoring production operations. He is involved in oil and gas marketing, investment analysis, reserve and production analysis, as well as corporate and business development for Stalnaker Energy Corporation. Prior to joining Stalnaker Energy he has held various geology and management positions, primarily with independent Appalachian basin oil and gas exploration and development companies. His 30 years of oil and gas experience includes 20 years as an independent consultant providing engineering and geologic services.

DAVID W. AMAN, CPL, Land Manager, is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.  He has been a Landman since 1989 throughout the Appalachian Basin.  His responsibilities include oil and gas lease and rights of way acquisition, negotiation of Farmins and Farmouts, prospect evaluation, title research, title review, title curative, lease administration, contract administration, preparation of Operating Agreements, Assignment, investor relations, survey coordination, permitting, division order maintenance, mapping, acquisitions and divestures and supervision of company Landmen.  He is active in the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen serving as President in 2006-2007.

JASON M. MILLER, Field Supervisor, is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.  He also has a B.S. degree in Biology from Glenville State College.  His main responsibility is to supervise gas and oil well drilling and completion.  He also assists in prospect generation and development, as well as coordinating field activities.  He is involved in reserve estimation using reservoir simulation software for accurate reservoir and economic analysis.  His experience lies with Stalnaker Energy Corporation having held various positions within the company for the past 14 years. 

BECKY J. STALNAKER, Office Manager, began her employment with Stalnaker Energy Corporation in 1987 as a Receptionist.  She was promoted to Disbursement Clerk in 1989 and to her current position as Office Manager in 1992.   Her main responsibilities include office administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax preparation, oil and gas disbursement accounts, payroll, and cost tracking.  She is also the administrator for the company 401K, Credit Union, Health, Life, Dental, and Workers Compensation Plans.  She is experienced with Roughneck Systems oil and gas accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office, Omniform, and Winfiler software programs.
