SEC currently has Proved Producing Reserves of 10.5 Billion Cubic Feet of Natural Gas and 141.6 Thousand Barrels of Oil. After completion of all 2001 Drilling Programs, Proved Producing Reserves are expected to increase by over 20%. In addition, Proved Undeveloped Reserves currently exceed 5 Billion Cubic Feet of Gas and 200 Thousand Barrels of Oil. In the 2006 calendar year, SEC produced 1.1 Billion Cubic Feet of Natural Gas and 22 Thousand Barrels of Oil.
